The couple can make all the decisions about which vendors to choose (with GeorgiaÍs suggestions) or chose a package that gives Georgia the creative freedom! We will handle all of the time-consuming work along the way.
Some of these packages involve broad attention to detail, sophisticated execution of the wedding, fresh creation of the floor plan, wedding color design, concept creation or theme selection, and so much more.

Brainstorming Sessions

For those couples that want to do the planning themselves.

This service is for those couples that want to do the planning themselves, but want the direction, information, and referrals to get started.
During these sessions, couples can ask Georgia any question related to the planning of their event.
Get advice on your site selection, etiquette, menu selections, music, theme and decor, wedding attire, vendor referrals, transportation, travel logistics, wedding party responsibilities, monthly checklists, monthly reminders and whatever else you may need!
She will find out where you are in the process, stop you from making mistakes, give you validation on what you have completed that is fantastic, or re-direct you while keeping your vision in play.
$500 for 3 hours. We have been told that this session is worth its weight in gold!

"Pull It Together" Packages

Designed for couples who need to pull it together! (other coordinators may call it "Day Of" or "Week Of" and "Month Of" Packages.)

This package is perfect for the couple who wants to do the leg work, phone calls, appointments, meeting vendors, reviewing contracts, etc; but WITH the vendor referrals, guidance and direction of a seasoned planner.
Georgia will also assist with the lasting details, ensure finalization of all arranged services, and allow the family and couple to relax and enjoy themselves during the last few weeks before the wedding.
The wedding day itself will be supported and overlooked by one or two professional consultants. Highlights of these packages are a pre-planning/brainstorming meeting to discuss where you are at, a bridal gift, discussing ALL of the details down to the last candle, creation of the timeline, vendor contact week of the wedding, set-up detailing and design of the rooms, and wedding day support like you won't believe.

Wedding Weekend

Great for those multi day get-togethers. This service is an accompaniment to the full planning packages.

I will be with you for as long as you need me.
These packages are designed for the couple that needs professional guidance and support from Friday through Sunday, or any continuous multi-day affair.
These weekends may include welcome parties, wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinners/parties, day-of, and morning after send-offs or farewell brunches.
These packages are also great for Indian (multi day) or other ethnic weddings.

For the Out Of Town Couple

Long Distance planning is difficult. If you live outside the state of Florida and want to get married here, I am the answer.

Want to plan a wedding in Europe, in a remote area, The Atlantis in the Caribbean or on a cruise? I can help here too. My far-reaching contacts will be put to use to create a wedding event like no other!
As one of my specialties, this package has pleased many couples before you!
