Full-Scale & Complete Event Coordination:
These packages are designed for the couple that needs professional
planning through the entire process. The couple will make all the
decisions about vendors and details; however, I will handle all of the
time-consuming work along the way. Any of these 6 packages are perfect
for the busy working couple, students, or out-of-state couples. These
packages save countless hours, remove the stress, give peace of mind,
and can create a day of dreams. Some of these packages involve broad
attention to detail, creation of the floor plan, wedding color design,
theme selection, and so much more. Available in 6 levels of packages.

Brainstorming Sessions: This
service is for those couples that want to do the planning themselves,
but want the direction, information, and referrals to get started.
During these sessions, couples can ask a professional any question
related to the planning of their event. Get advice on your site
selection, etiquette, menu selections, music, theme and décor, wedding
attire, vendor referrals, transportation, travel logistics, wedding
party responsibilities, monthly checklists, monthly reminders and
whatever else you may need! Starting at $500 for 3 hours. I have been
told that this session is worth its weight in gold!

“Day Of” and “Month Of” Wedding Packages:
These two packages are designed for the couple who has come to the end
of their planning process, but would like a professional to assist with
the lasting details, ensure finalization of the arranged services, and
allow the family and couple to relax and enjoy themselves during the
last few weeks before the wedding. The wedding day itself will be
supported and overlooked by one or two professional consultants.
Highlights of these packages are a pre-planning meeting to discuss the
details, creation of the timeline, vendor contact week of the wedding,
set-up detailing and design of the rooms, and wedding day support like
you won’t believe! These packages are available in 5 levels. Starting at
$800.

Wedding Weekend: Great for those
multi day get-togethers. I will be with you for as long as you need us.
These packages are designed for the couple that needs professional
guidance and support from Friday through Sunday. These weekends may
include wedding rehearsal, rehearsal dinners/parties, day-of, and
morning after send-offs or farewell brunches. These packages are also
great for Indian or other ethnic weddings.

For the Out Of Town Couple:
Long-Distance planning is difficult. If you live outside the state of
Florida and want to get married here, I am the answer. As one of
my
specialties, this package has pleased many couples before you! From
travel and hotel accommodations, the wedding details, wedding weekend
scheduling and wedding day direction are all part of this package.

Destination Wedding Planning:
Want to plan a wedding in a remote area, the Caribbean or on a cruise?

Designed for the couple that has started the planning, and has thrown up
their hands! This is for those who need help where they left off. Prices
will vary upon what vendors and plan are needed.

“You Hire Our Vendors”: If you
have selected your ceremony/reception site, you may elect to have us
hire/arrange any of your needed vendors; i.e., photographer, cake,
florist, caterer, videographer, and DJ; the vendors will be selected by
us, based on your budget, style, personality, wishes, etc. Day-Of: not
included.

ceremony and reception site. This is perfect for the couple that does
not know where to start looking, is overwhelmed by searching the web.

wedding events are designed for couples of the same sex. All of the same
details and same dedication. Custom packages can be designed or above
